URA Hosts Lexington Community Update

Lexington is a 16-acre, city-owned site that has housed government and other offices for years. At 400 N. Lexington St., the site includes three buildings and hundreds of parking spaces. This URA-hosted public meeting will allow members of the public to hear updates related to the review of the short-list of developers who responded to the URA's Request For Proposals for the site.

URA Hosts Lexington Site Developer Short List Public Meeting

Lexington is a 16-acre, city-owned site that has housed government and other offices for years. At 400 N. Lexington St., the site includes three buildings and hundreds of parking spaces. This URA-hosted public meeting will allow members of the public to hear and respond to development idea summaries from the short-list of developers who responded to the URA's Request For Proposals for the site. Point Breeze North Affordable Housing Forum

Housing development specialists will present an overview of the "mixed income", affordable housing model similiar to what developers are proposing for the LTP site. This will be followed by an open discussion of how this model could help preserve and further the unique, diverse community of Point Breeze North.

P4 Measures Overview - 7-8pm

P4 is a framework for urban growth and development that considers People, Planet, Place and Performance. The Lexington Technology Park project is the first to evaluate developers based on their adherence to these P4 measures. Rebecca Flora of Remake Group, the company that created and manages the P4 measures, will present an overview of this framework to our community.
